Oh dear oh dear, since my last post I have been very bad, so bad infact that I can't even begin to tell you how many syns I've had because I just don't know - Never mind
I am now back on the wagon so we'll start again from today and to try to compensate I'm going to attempt to have no syns until after my WI.
