Ok so weighed in yesterday and with having to fight in bridesmaids dress that was bought when I was 11lbs lighter, in 2 weeks...eeeeekkkkkk, I thought posting what I ate would give me a sense of accountability.

breakfast today was a scone, light butter and strawberry jam.
snack banana and wafer bar.

Lunch 2 slices bread 2 eggs scrambled

My plan for dinner is turkey mince cottage pie with sweet potato mash top and heap of veg.
 
today started well 2 weetabix with skimmed milk for brekkie and a banana
was still hungry so had an apple at 10.
Met a friend for lunch had a bowl of wheat free diary free gluten free leek and potato soup.
Then refused desert- but when she came back with my friends desert i quickly said Ill have one to- big lump of choclate fuge cake and dollop of spray cream.

My will power is nonexistance.
Im guessing the points value based on fudge brownie at 14 points.
veg stirfry for dinner so.
 
Today started with an English breakfast muffin with jam and butter

Lunch was egg whites with spinach and cherry tomatoes and a little smoked salmon

Banana for snack , lots of tead a diets coke and plenty of water
 
Today it all fell apart 2 toaster muffins, crisps, a belvita few 3 chocolate sweets from the ttiny hen Milanos I went in with the right intentions but ordered grail cheese bread, pinch and ricotta pasta and banoffe pie. I don't even know where to start pointing that
 
youve done great so far, i start ww tomorrow.

just put today behind you and start again tomorrow, we all have slip ups x
