Pretty much had it all on the same plate. I think it was a kind of mini binge actually. I shall be more careful with what I eat this week as I start uni very soon and want my tummy to be settled by then!

Indeed! You want to be acquainted with your fellow students rather than the loo! I'm glad I'm not the only one who struggles with these binges, i used to think I was the only one who had to deal with this. X

Yay for binger buddies!

Well I weighed myself this morning and had a good surprise. I've lost a stone from my highest weight in March :) but the annoying bit is that it doesn't 'count' at WW. They only count your weight losses from your sign up weight. I signed up, then gained weight, and I'm a stone lighter from the increased weight, so it doesn't count. Plus at WW I weigh in the evenings and I'm always heavier so my losses are always smaller in the meetings.

But my 'true' weight (naked, first thing in the morning) is currently 13st 5.8lbs which is a stone less from 6 months ago :D admittedly I have gone the scenic route, as looking over my weight it has gone up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down etc etc since starting WW!

It's interesting that you should write this post, I was just thinking earlier that my 'True Weight' might actually be at Goal now but I think I'd probably get Sectioned if I stood in the Leisure Centre Starkers! Well Done on your loss, that should give u a good boost to resist the binges :) Are u looking forward to tonight? X
 
Oh man.... I screwed up. For some reason, when I see a good loss on the scales, it makes me brain go YAY NOW YOU CAN EAT LOADS!

So I binged quite badly at lunch. I had 3 sandwich thins with chocolate spread, 2 packets of walkers light crisps, a granola bar and a snickers bar. I'm having meatballs and pasta for dinner, so it will take today's intake to about 63 :O

JoJo I admit I found not weighing very difficult, I think a few extra ones sneaked in :p I had to leave the scales in the bathroom as my mum uses them too.

I wont be going to WI tonight, after the binge. But also when I walked past the school where it's held earlier, there were loads of police cars and a fire engine outside and the children were sent home, so it's likely it wont be on tonight.

OMG I hope the school is ok?!? I'm sorry to hear about your binge hopefully you don't have anything else today other than your meatballs and pasta? Draw a line under today, tomorrow is a new day and you have a full 6 Days till WI (Well technically 7 as you WI the evening). Chin Up Sweetie, you can do this. X
 
Apparently there was smoke coming from an electricity sub station next to the school so they sent everyone home as a precaution! But I heard it's now all been sorted so WW will probably be on. We're not having the meatballs any more as mum had a Chinese buffet for lunch and won't be wanting much dinner. I'll have a WW meal instead for 5pp, meaning today's points will only be about 45! Much better.

I might go to WI later if I feel okay.

45 isn't too bad for a day at all :) Technically thats 1800cals approx which is still under what a Regular Female is recommended to have for a day.x Hope u feel ok to go to WI, might be good to get an 'official result' x

I lost 2lbs and hit my 5% goal :D

So my experiment of eating all my weeklies paid off! And today's binge thankfully didn't have any effect. Just 9.5lbs to go until my 10% target!

I'm so happy hahaha.

Yes I reckon I will be :) I am going out for lunch with my Dad on wednesday so will be using some then.
