had the Monday blues today! was up til 2am could hear the neighbours arguing pfft.
woke up mega hungry too must be the beer munchies.
B 40g shreddies and milk 5pp
L zero hero soup and it was so yummy 0pp
accompanied with 2 slices of tigar bread 5pp
D asda chili and wedges 6pp
then walked bella so probably earned 2pp
I was talking to a woman in the park and she said she was attacked last week. They locked her in ans set the dogs on her ans punched her in the head. it was awful to hear. im just glad I walk with Craig most times and always where people are.
then I was super hungry and Craig went for pizza I tried to resist but couldn't. I only stuck to 2 slices but it done the trick.
gonna have a early night tonight im wrecked and try and get in work earlier. then I have a no limit dance class at the gym. ...should be fun. on Thursday im gonna do body balance and that's yoga, im hoping it will help me relax and sleep better.
iv sorted all my bits for tomorrow and iv made a sarnie and taking soup....cannot wait x
