so back from wi and i dunno why i was so surprised at my gain but hey ho thats life! iv not had enough water! no fruit and nor veg so what do you expext.
in my class each week someone gets the journal and this week its me! i took it coz i needed a boost and something to make me do it!
totm is looming so thats why i feel hungry!
next weeks plans - drink more water - more exercise - track everything!!
i know i can do this, iv been playing Russian roulette with myself and its time to pull my socks up.
me and the girls are setting ourselves an xmas target and i wanna hit the 9's!!!
