911 so far. Probs had too many WW cakes! But they are so scrummy!
Going to have the same as I had for lunch for dinner. I know it seems silly but I remember at the start of my diet, back in April, I had the same for lunch as I did for dinner and it really worked.
So, with dinner being 471, that will take me to 1382 for the day
I went to a gig last night and my friends from uni surprised me by coming down which was so lovely!! Drank loads but I havent had alcohol in 3 weeks so really I deserved that!! And I danced so much that my waist is hurting today!!
Am meant to be going out tonight but I cannot afford it so going to try to persuade my other friends that we shouldn't go out! Don't think they'll be too happy!
So far today I have had a French Fancy (100) - stupid thing to have as a breakfast but I'm hungover!!
Will have my usual wrap (269), skips (89) and yoghurt (100) for lunch making my total so far 558 cals which leaves me loads for dinner
Thanks! I don't use this one any more but have a different one - "third time lucky" if u want to follow that. I'm struggling big time at the moment though so don't expect much!
