Poor birdies! How are they doing? How often are you having to feed them? When I was a kid my granddad used to keep lots of birds and I remember when the parents sometimes rejected the chicks he would try and hand rear them, it took a lot of work. Especially with the baby quail. They started off about the size of bumble bees!
 
They r doing good nearly all feathered up so I reckon in a few days they will b out their nest but will still need feeding maybe for another wk or 2 possibly? Im feeding at 8, 3.30 and 11 ish I just give them a good crop full then yhey sleep most the time

Im going well on my last day have 5 weeklies left and the day is planned so another 100% wk, so that will b 7 wks 100% so yeah I am thinking I should get a good loss tho for the last 6 wks ive lost 2+ lb each wk so its possible I might b due a sts or a little loss wk soon :/

Will start my diary again tomorrow as will b start of new wk.

A STS is fine :)
It's always a bit annoying but in the long run it's normal and healthy. As our body is just adjusting.

I'm going through the same stage. I tried slimming world and lost a few pounds but decided to start Weight Watchers as the point system is much more easier to follow. Good luck and stay motivated :)
