Day 4
Gestation - 28 weeks 6 Days
I planned a lovely filling & healthy day but just discovered WholeWheat noodles are no longer free on F&H, they used to be. So I'm going to propoint my whole day. It is filling and healthy food still.
Breakfast
Square Crumpet (4pp) with pineapple reduced fat cheese spread (1pp)
Fat free Greek yogurt (1pp) and blueberries
Coffee (1pp for daily skimmed milk)
Lunch
Chicken Salad with pepper, sweetcorn, red onion and mango (4pp for chicken)
Dinner
Turkey (4pp) Stirfry Veg
WholeWheat noodles (6pp)
Sweet & Sour Sauce (4pp)
Spring roll (2pp)
I didn't eat it all, my husband 'the hoover' finished it.
Snacks
Tangerine, apple, banana, 1 x Latte (2pp) Fruit salad
= 29pp (6pp under)
= 27weeklies remain
I may use the extras if I need them later but I'm so full, I've has a busy day, if I don't eat enough in the day then I struggle more in the evening as I'm always so full after dinner. Maybe my pregnant stomach is full quicker.
Today
I went to an antenatal class today. Quite interesting, saw some photos of baby poo, talked about Breastfeeding, cots etc
Food is going well, looking forward to WI. 3rd trimester pregnancy I should aim for a 1lb gain per week. So a 1lb gain or STS would keep me happy. Feeling pretty good, happy and energetic. Picked 'Italy' in the work World Cup sweepstake.
