I've been doing ww for a while but pointing and weighing until last Thursday, I'm trying healthy & filling for the first time for 1 week see how I get on, x

diary - 4 stone to loose the veggie way

am trying. I don't eat much fruit I tend to not lose as much if I beef up on veg. just a narna and a orange x

so today iv been so grumpy I didn't sleep well last night and finally got to sleep around 2. hopefully ill sleep tonight.

were naming him hugo ? I cannot wait. although I love my lil shih tzu iv always had my heart on a boxer and so has Craig. Bella will be the boss of them both! !

im really annoyed with myself today as I didn't go and do day 1 of couch to 5k. bella cannot walk far she is so fluffy she will get really dirty and I don't wanna walk her too far so cannot go on my walk. Im too scared to go alone so really in a pickle! !!

so food......

breakfast - crap porridge
lunch - crap tuna pasta
dinner - yummy chicken salad

snacks - sf jelly, banana , 2 clems.

treat 1 - mayo
treat 2 - ww cake.

We are on about getting a dog but dont think our 3 cats will like it. Hugo is a cutie though. I have just joined a walking club is there nothing similar near yku.

I know there is running clubs but im not good enough. iv asked my brother if he will do it with me.

Oh that's funny, whenever we've been buying things from the house off of eBay they've always been from Manchester, not on purpose it's just turned out that way! John showed me a wood burner the other night that ends on Wednesday and guess where it is, Manchester!!

What are you going to call him/her? x

the only thing is Craigs family is proper mackems and they don't pronounce their h. its going to annoy me haha. but im so excited. baby Hugo. I hope bella will be ok with him and doesn't get left out x
