well got meself out the house today and went with Craig while he visits a gym. I popped to asda coz want some laughing cow blue cheese and emmental. there is a McDonald's in asda how crazy! ! so sat having a cuppa thinking of weigh in. hopefully I can get some walking in today and clean my bathroom all before weigh in eeeep im scared x

its the first time I seen it lol

well I cannot make class tonight as bella is unwell again and she is at the vet at 6. now all week iv beeb weighing at home I kno naughty but I was showing a loss all week. stepped on today to do my weigh in and iv lost 3lb this week!!! how??? why???? I do not know but im bouncing all over!! iv lost 1 Stone exactly and 1lb to 10% woooooooooooop
