Urge having a dilemma I'm so so so so hungry nothing is filling me!!! After my walk I was ravenous I am gonna admit I went and had a McDonald then b&j ice cream .....the peanut butter one!!! So shameful but I cannot explain my hunger

Iv just ate my lunch and I'm still hungry !! This is no good!

So..... I'm writing the weekend off completely having my weigh in back to mid week and starting fresh tomorrow and doing f&h!! Therefor I can eat eat eat especially after iv trained and keep my weeklies for treats/food

Day 1 re starts tomorrow xxx
