I got a packet of the paprika chicken one in the cupboard which I have never got around to using although everyone seems to rave about them. I think that one does count as pps, which is probably why I haven't use it. I object to having to point flavourings!

Sounds like you have still been working really hard with the exercise, so although you may have been off plan with your eating you haven't completely gone off plan. I think you are doing great with the Insanity.

I had a wk of no exercise tho! I do tend to stop a fair bit on some of the workouts! Id like to b able to do the whole workout with no extra rests but it's too hard!

Yup I get what you mean about the sauce and the chicken.I normally point sauces at 1pp as the most is 3pp and it's always a shared meal!
 
Great going with your exercise Sarah! I think by the time Friday comes around you'll be ready for your fresh start, you've already pretty much got back on plan.

I do have to find the motivation to do it some days but once I'm doing it I'm happy about doing it! When I did jillians dvds I was always like oh no another circuit, and I'm not like that with insanity, I had a wk off insanity and that first workout almost killed me, u have only missed 3 days so shouldn't b so hard!

Fingers crossed it isn't too bad at weigh in! Whatever it is I know you are pull things back, get back on plan and start losing consistently again. x
 
So I wi thismorning and I'm 11.1.75lb so I was 10.5! :-\ so in 6 wks I think! I've gained like 12.75lb! I feel so bad that I let myself gain that much! Still lost 2st 1.1/4 since Jan so that's not so bad!

First of all.. tee hee hee.. You put crabs, not carbs hee heee (childish i know) and secondly its 11pp x

So sorry to hear your loss hun.. But please remember some of that is water weight, and some of that will be muscle build up as you had been doing allot of exercise up to last week.. So please dont' be too hard on yourself..
And besides, you're still down a huge amount and you've not thrown in the towel.. You're back at it.. We have little blips n breaks.. We have to.. We'd go nuts if we were 110% on track 110% of the time.. Bug hugs but draw a line n start again :) xx

Thankyou for working out my food, I got 11pp too so at least that's right! Stupid phone likes to guess what I want to say instead of putting what I type!

Sorry it was a bigger gain than you hoped for today but you have lost the weight before and so you can definitely do it again. Try to stay positive. Even if you did put *some* of the weight you lost back on I bet your still a hell of a lot fitter and healthier than you were when you started.
