So this wk is gonna b mostly pp days, I've ordered my shopping this wk and made a plan for my next 4 days of food! Meaning I will only have 1 sf day this wk, the reason is I'm eating a bit too much and want to see if I can get a better loss on a pp week! My sf day yesterday was also good as I didn't eat too much!
I hope it's not gonna b too hard, when previously doing pp I struggled as was hungry all the time and just saved my pp for choc but after doing sf I've been used to having ice creams as snacks at 3-4pp so I'm not feeling the need to save pp for the choc, if that makes sense?
I have got some different foods also this wk which will b a nice change to the sf foods, mix things up a bit! And I have planned all my days with a treat included in my 26pp so have lots of weeklies spare which feels promising!

Will put today's food up in a bit, when I can b asked to get off the sofa to get my book, cats just sat on me too so could b a while (I tend to not wanna get up and disturb her)

This is very familar. My office at work is pretty much opposite the s****y new subsidised hospital canteen. Most of my colleagues eat from there at least once every day of the week. About half my colleagues have a cooked breakfast and a cooked lunch from there 4/5 days of the week. I am too tight to do it that often anyway but it REALLY frustrates me that they don't think about what they eat in terms of calories, fibre, fat, salt or anything. I eat sickenly healthily in comparison and yet I am the one whose BMI is still in the obese category and who has to watch my salt intake incase my blood pressure rises again.

I try to remember that I used to be the largest person bar one in the team. There are now 7 people who I am smaller than and I suspect that's not just because I have got smaller. So i guess their eating isn't really working for them, but its difficult to remember when the whole office is eating fish and chips every friday.

What sort of losses are you looking to achieve Sarah? 2 lb a week seems huge to me, but if you don't feel deprived and can get even bigger losses then go for it.

I used to be like that but today I have been stuffed since, but I did have lots today! I do enjoy my mc Donald's tho!

Yep, it really bugs me sometimes that I can't just eat what I want. I get frustrated and have a hissy fit - I've be known to actually cry! - which my fella hates. He gets really pissed off with me and my "obsession" and I should eat what I want, if I want it. He can't see how important it is for me to lose weight though and how easily I put it on. It only takes a small indulgence and I won't lose weight the following week or I'll put on. I can see it from his point of view too - seeing me upset/frustrated - he is like WTF? It's not that important to get upset over, just eat it!! Which, when you write it down, does sound stupid really.
 
My partner gets pissed off when I do a sf day and he decides he wants chinese, but I'm just like I can't I've eaten too many pp to switch to a pp day!

No I got them from tesco they were the finest collection 4x burgers in a pack and 2x packs for £5!

My burgers were a bit bland when I tried doing it last so can't really help there, but I think beck has a good recipe for burgers!
 
Was really good, haven't had burger for ages!

I had a burger last week and it was AMAZING! I had mine with a little mozerella melted on top and on some salad. Defo having that again this week

I have decided next time I will scrap the bap and have 2x burgers as they were so nice (with salad)

That is a jealousy and drool inducing day's food there Sarah! Toasted sandwich?? Beef pie?? Chewitts?? Call this a "diet" HA!!! I hope you thoroughly enjoyed it. Its sounds gorgeous.

All this talk of burgers has given me a distinct craving. Saturday is an appropriate burger day I think. On SW i always tended to have homemade burger without the bun served with homemade chips and salad, I am salivating thinking how much nicer it would be in a petit pain...
