This wk I have done
- 5 hours cross trainer
- 5x 30 day shred
- 3hrs and 20min walking the dog
49 weeklies used
6 days pp and 1 day sf
I just hope the 30 day shred doesnt effect my weight this wk but we will see!

Thankyou beck, it has been a tough wk, I just hope I can get it out of my system on sat when I have my day off! And then I gotta get back on it! I'm nervous!
 
Don't be. Plan for a really good day full of healthy stuff that you will look forward to to make it easier to get back on track, but enjoy your day off! X

I keep thinking of things I want to eat, I can imagine it's gonna be jam packed with food! It's not gonna b good! But tasty!
 
I think 1 day off in 5 months isn't going to do much harm. Even if you don't lose that week you have still come soooo far! X

Woooo! Very well done on the 2.5lb loss. That's great. And hopefully should reassure you about the day off plan? Is it saturday you are having it? I suspect you make most of us very jealous with all your yummies. :)

Thankyou, prob is I'm 10.5 3/4 now and really don't wanna gain but I'm still gonna go for it!
 
Well done on the great loss and I agree with the others enjoy the day off plan guilt free. As much as its lovely to lose weight it's important too to not obsess with it to the point that you can't have and enjoy a day or meal off plan. It can never undo all the hard work. Infact as long as you get straight back on plan It shouldn't even affect it as you need to eat a couple thousand calories too many to even gain 1lb apparently! X

Omg I must have been eating thousands and thousands of cal to gain what I have!
