what lol they are like a snack ( well to me) and they are in a packet and you have them in a mug and just pour hot water on lol. ill post a pic tomorrow x

They are the noodley thing in a the polystyrene cups that I eat for lunches.

They look like that. Kinda like a pot noodle. Free on sw but high in pp on ww

so my food this week has been all over. not proud and iv done no exercise and yet iv got more comments lol.

so past couple of days have ate right except choc . now had I had syns in the bank I prob would of been able to afford them so im not hoping for a loss.

iv asked Craig to pt me 3 times a week starting tonight after iv been for clothes

noooo shopping has.....im stressed looking for an outfit for tonight. coz my foot is swollen and all my shoes are in storage I cannot find any in the shops. ...that a) I like, b) I can wear and c) can walk in. all the sales is on so only shoes left are size huge and im a 4 so need to find flats. .....then wanna look nice and cannot find anything I like argh x
