Darn it - was having a really hungry day so have just had 4 pink-wafer type biccies. 8 syns. No more syns for me today, then. At least I've got my HEXA left so I can have something a bit indulgent with that tonight instead

Good afternoon hunnie just catching up on your diary - your doing amazingly well. Well done on your loss this week. Were off out for a picnic on Thursday weather permitting lol. Im taking hubby to Warkworth Castle - he doesnt know it yet lol.

Ooh a surprise picnic sounds fab! You'll have a great time. I did a surprise indoor picnic for Dave on Sunday when he got back from his Copenhagen bike ride and it was fab. As was yesterday's eaten at the top of Box Hill in the sunshine. Total heaven. Must catch up on your diary honey - I'm laptop-less at the moment and struggle to keep up on my phone!! Hope you're all good though xx

I saw your Tour De France Picnic it looked awesome chick. Such imagination :) Your picnic at Box Hill looked fab too. Im doing a piece of Gammon so that I can cut some slices, im doing SW quiches, eggs, pickles, gherkins etc. Cheese, cucumber, carrots, homemade dips, rice and anything else I can find in the cupboards lol

Don't you worry about those scales lovely....it's what they say on weigh day that matters and it all evens out in the end! :) the picnics look delish! And the Cajun steak sounds even better! I didn't realise pink wafers were only 2 each...used to love them when I was little...might have to invest in a little purchase! :) happy Tuesdays! Xx

I've had Aldi, Asda, tesco and Waitrose and all have been so nice, better than strawberries which I adore!

Me too. Red berries are my favourite - especially British ones when they're in season. Mangos are high on my list too and they seem to be really juicy and yummy at the moment too!

Never tried mango will give it a go when I do a shop on Thursday :)

Never? Wowzers - you should definitely try it. It's a slightly perfumed taste, but really gorgeous and sweet - I love mangos. They've got huge, lovely ripe ones (ooh-err!) in Lidl for £1 at the moment
