Sarah's Target & 10K Mission

Ohh stuffed mushrooms you say? What do you normally put in them? That sounds like my kind of dinner :)

I usually use up what's in the fridge! Tonight I'm thinking - rice, leeks, mushrooms, green peppers, chilli then topped with a sprinkle of parmesan, loads of black pepper and cooked in the oven :)

Ohh that sounds lovely might give that a go myself actually thanks for the inspiration :)

I ate about three of those at my friends wedding last week. Well done on the STS this week, pretty good after treat weekend xx

I'm having gammon and egg tonight too! Woohoo! Comfort food to the max!!
Must get some of these amaretti biscuits too - they sound too good to be true! Can you just pick them up in the biscuit aisle of supermarkets?xx

It's mega comfort food isn't it - can't wait! Perfect for this rubbish weather. Gonna watch the end of season 1 of Prison Break too - Dave and I are totally addicted!!

Yep, I grabbed a bag of amarettis in Waitrose at the weekend - I'm sure you can get 'em anywhere. The ones I've got are 140 calories for 6 biscuits, so 3.5 syns for 3 biccies. Really lovely with a decaf Nespresso in the evening :) xx

Hello lovely, how's things? How are you getting on with getting back on track post-birthday celebrations? xx

Hey gorgeous! Welcome home. I had a fab first week back on plan and lost 5lbs - which was amazing! Had a bit of an off-plan weekend with friends this weekend but managed to STS, so 5lbs over 2 weeks is still not a bad result :)

Have a few challenges this week to contend with but will make the best choices I can.

Bet this weather is a real shock to your system after the Vegas heat! Have you got a couple of days off before you're back to work ?xx

Wow 5lbs is amazing!! What did you do to achieve that?? Could do with replicating it myself as this week will definitely qualify as a fabulous first week for me too! :D Yep the cold when I got to the airport yesterday was a killer, it's like I can feel it all the way into my bones... the first thing I did when I got home was put both the heating and the fire on! xx

I drank tonnes of water - 3-3.5 litres a day and I used 10 syns pretty much every day. That's a combo I hadn't tried before and it may have been a fluke, but I feel like it worked. It wasn't quite so cold which helped with the water/squash drinking as I'm really struggling this week!xx

Right water all the way this week then! :D I'm seriously craving fruit n veg (and the first thing I did last night was to nip to Waitrose to get some) so am hoping that'll help me stay on plan this week too! xx
