So, EE day today:
B - Alpen light (1/2 hexb)
L - 2 x ryvita (1/2 hexb) with 2 x laughing cow light triangles (1/2 hexa) and 2 bacon medallions
D - pot roast beef with sw roasted spuds, broccoli and cabbage plus 1 syn for gravy
Snackage - 4.5 syns for a Reece's piece enjoyed with a milky cuppa (1/2 hexa)
Feel proper knackered after yesterday so chilling with the boy and planning some soup cooking later. Looking forward to coming up with some ideas for our beef leftovers too!xx

I've got beef planned in for later this week..
I'm going for a chinese special of egg fried rice and shredded beef (and a whole lot of soy and garlic no doubt!)....for a friday fakeaway...
Also planning to attempt some fakeaway spring rolls (maybe with shredded beef in them) using lasagne sheets too!

Ooh sounds like a week of beefy yumminess to me! Think we will do a version of Jamie Oliver's Korean beef from the money saving book, just syn the ketchup and BBQ sauce - totally worth it. Yum yum yum.
Fakeaway Friday sounds good too. Have the funeral of a really close family friend (who was younger than my dad) to go to on Friday so it will be nice to have a treat in the evening. Syns will be wine that day!xx

Hey guys, I don't think the forum will let me post the link but if you google 'roasted onion soup with goats cheese toasts', it will be the first result - it's on the good food website. Just need to replace the oil with frylight and syn the whole grain mustard x

Good thanks, not on plan but not off either, trying to focus more on healthy choices and exercise and how I feel rather than the numbers on the scales as I got a bit hung up on it all.
Been back at the gym since October and that's going well, busy busy working and wedding planning- eek!

Yes we have a date! 14th March next year! Wish it was closer but got plenty of time to save and plan and will be making lots of it ourselves. Exciting times! Xx
