How do you find the 5:2? my hubster does it and he's said that he thinks i can do it too, trouble is I'm a muncher, that what i want to do all day every day. When I'm bored, i want to eat, sad = eat, happy = eat!
I've done Slim fast before and that wasnt too bad so I'm thinking I can do it. I just need to get on top of the planning though, thats the other we're not very good at. I want to be able to have a normal meal at least once in the day so it feels like I'm getting some food.

I did SlimFast years ago and felt constantly hungry...definitely find 5:2 easier. There are things you can have like Propercorn popcorn (the salted one) for 88 cals so I find that's really good on a fast day when I need a munch! I often have raspberries too as they are nice and low cal. If you flick back a couple of pages in my diary I had 2 really good fast days last week so that might help?
If your other half does it too, it'll be a breeze because you won't have the temptation of seeing them tuck into a huge tea!
You can have a decent amount of food - honest - you just have to be mega organised xx
I never used to like gherks but Dave has got me really into them! As a rule, I don't like vinegar, apart from balsamin (yum!) but I've got quite into gherks lately, especially the ones with a chilli in the jar. They are yummy, crunchy little beasts! xx
Defo feeling the love for the pickled onions and gherks...I used to hate the gherk until I had a few in my Big Mac in a bowl once and they totally made it!
