Well I've typed up my food for today about five times on my phone today and every time it wouldn't load! So here goes from the iPad!
B - muller light (was in a mega rush at work!)
L - rice and edamame salad (from waitrose, allowing 2 syns) and some cooked chicken breast. Followed by fruit plate at meeting (melon, grapes, banana)
D - gammon steak, bns chips, baked beans, peppers, onions, mushrooms (ketchup - 2 syns)
Snacks - 2 x Alpen lights (HEXB), hot milk (HEXA), 2 Nice biscuits (4 syns)
Am gonna aim for around 8 syns a day and see how I get on.
