B - Muller Light with raspberries
L - Mug Shot with tomatoes, peas and hexa1 cheese
D - Quorn shepherds pie with broccoli and leeks cooked in hexb1 ex v olive oil
Snacks - Milka bunny (5.5 syns)

Hope you're not too tired after the middle of the night wake up call...naughty Dave! I had one too as rob got up at 3.30am to blow his nose (from the bathroom loudly enough to wake me up) and then knocked a pint of water onto the bed as he was getting back in! Boys hey!

Thanks honey! Everyone is being so lovely - I've had lots of cuddles and lovely emails already.

Horrible boss isn't in yet. What normally happens on someone's last day is that they call everyone together in the boardroom for a quick glass of wine and their boss does a little speech - I'm hoping they don't do that for me because if the two-faced ****head stands up and says nice things about me after the way he's behaved, I might have to punch him!! Lol.

I'm just writing a very objective list of the issues I've experienced (along with the rest of the team) over the past year which I think the company need to be aware of. If they don't change, there will be a stream of management leaving and the whole UK team will fall apart! I don't think he'll like being told home truths, but I need to get them off my chest! Plus how the CEO spoke to me when I called him the other week. Someone handing in their notice is not 'letting the company down'. Must try and stay calm and put my points eloquently for maximum impact!

He really is such an arse! xx

I completely agree. The man is a pilchard and unprofessional and shouldn't be allowed to be so, kick him where it hurts in a professional and polite manner. You'll be the one able to walk away with your head held high xx

Thanks lovely! We're off to my boyfriend's Dad's in Buckinghamsire tomorrow, which should be lovely. His stepmum was recently on Masterchef so we're in for a good (if off plan) feed! I'm weighing in early to compensate and give myself the night off! Then I've got 3 weeks of chilling out to look forward to - I don't think I've ever had that long off before - I'm worried I might get a bit to used to being a lady who lunches! lol.
