i have a sts this week which im happy with
2 x weetabix 3pp milk 2pp
banana cherry and strawberries 0pp
lunch. gonna look for a tuna salad or a jac p with tuna salad
dinner. chicken pasta 10pp
ill point up later properly
will have a protein shake that's 4pp xx
fail had a turkey and ham subway with doritos and buttons
thing is I have mh weeklies and iv had worse in the past. I had turkey and ham with tons of salad so prob not.
If anyone knows the points please help me x
yes please, iv had a 6ins herb and cheese, ham and turkey with salad and sweet onion sauce, a normal size bag of doritos and you kno the giant buttons, i had half a bag x
The Regular Sub is 7pp but I would add an extra 1pp for the bread (as I'm sure they work the subs out on the 5pp bread?) and an extra 1pp for the Sweet Onion Sauce so that's a 9pp Total for the Sub. Cool Original Or Tangy Cheese Doritos are 6pp for the 40g Bags I think they have in Subway? Half of a 40g Bag of Buttons is 3pp. All in all your total is 18pp, hope that helps? X
iv been out walkng all day but prob in total 3 mile, been helping craig send his leafltes out. will be going back out now aswell. was gonna go to the gym ill decide on how i feel after coz i fancy a jacuzzi.
loving all the exercise and i think thats why im hungry all the time! but i should be having a shake and not tons of choc so thats stopping from today, i actually might use my weeklies on protien shakes rather than junk! far too much choice in this diet!
im trying tto do this on my own for a while so any help is greatly appreciated.:heartpump:

I failed today too! Had a sausage roll from cooplands and a milky bar crushems! God I feel a little fatty today! .. Do u have a app for walking? I have the nike app. It tells u how far u have walked n how many cals u burnt xx
