Yea my h2b is bullin at the minute aswell. He is getting into shape for the wedding. He only has 2weeks of it left and then he's cutting everything down. It's so annoying when they are eating rings around them and we r sitting next to then with our little portions

around 8 weeks he has dieted and lost nearly 1 stone to get the fat off. He now needs to re introduce carbs but low so he doesn't put fat on so he will be bulking for a while now then around xmas time diet back down to prep for comps x
