yea been on a little road trip and Craig has a weigh in at 1pm which im excited. his client has been 100% for a month solid and the changes are immense. then at 4 he has a sign up then nothing so will go to the gym.

yea mixing business with pleasure has its downfalls. I kno what im doing coz of him but living at my parents makes it too hard. I do the training plus my own training its the eatin. you have to eat 5x a day and I just cannot cook that much af the mo.
