i think ur food for this week has look great so i dnt see no reaosn why u wont of done! how many weeklys have u used? 10 for one WOW! i love cheese scones as well but i will avoid lol

I have about 10 left I think but cos iv got this water infection I keep getting bloated but I feel tons better today. Iv only drank water but had no fruit. Iv had veg tho. Time will tell. I wont be upset like I said I kno why xx

i had a water infection a few months ago and i was really poorly! so really feel for u! awful awful!!
im a bugger with fruit always find i eat the same sort of fruit jus apple banana strawberries n sometimes pineapple but i dnt like many others!!
i havent eaten many this week as Carl did the shoppin n came back with the veg but only strawberries!! MEN! lol

There is an M&S in Castleford but it's only tiny, it does have a food section but I doubt it has an instore bakery. There nearest one to me would be on at Crossgates but it's a bit of a trek. And you still lost so I stand a chance still. What are they like eh think they doing good but arnt as good as us haha. Yea iv been ill just in bed for a week coz these antibiotics have made me have zero energy xx

yeh water infections arent nice! i jus kept puttin off going to the doctors and one morning i was so ill so the doctor came out 2 me he said if i had left it any longer the infection wud have spread scary stuf i shouldnt of ben trying to b such a hero lol!

not a good day for me today!!! coz iv been poorly iv not looked after myself very well. so iv took two antibiotics without food thort id be ok......how wrong!! i have felt sick all day long and only had a egg sarnie naughty me!
so todays food plan is/was
B/L egg sandwich with tommy k 5pp
D - chicken in peppercorn and green beans 11pp
iv had some french fries 2pp
and currently im having a cup of tea and some ww cookies 3pp
total 21pp for the day so ill have a crunchie later.
i have 9 weekly points left so ill have some cheese later so that leaves me with 6 weeklies left and i just dont think ill have enough room to fit it all in although a nice krispir kreme doughnut will go down nicely and the lowest one is 6pp lol but ill save that for tomorrow instead.arty0051:
