and I guess if im joining a class I have new weeklies from today.

gonna start the shred and walk the dog too.

I done so well I lost nearly a stone and a half and as soon as I stopped I put 8lb on and just cannot lose it. I feel ok in what im doing but ill have an odd bicci and I get peed off when I wonder why im not losing. if I pay to get weighed ill stick to it more. I never usually stay at group but im gonna tonight and try and stay x

today I have felt so positive im so glad I went back to class. so this is day 1.

l 4 cracker breads 4pp 2 slices of pastrami 1pp and coleslaw 0pp nume cuo a soup 1ppp
D meatballs 4pp pasta 4pp and Lloyd grossman sauce. ......now the sauce just about evaporated and was a table spoon full so im gonna say 1pp

snacks.....well I wanted to start using mt points in food rather than snack s but as u have loads of points iv had......

wispa hot chocolate 2pp
milky way

ahhh man once iv wrote it down i feel ashamed but gonna have a egg and spoon and from tomorrow thats it!!
 
milky way was 3 and the egg and spoon is 5 which im shocked about.

gonna be good tomorrow but ill probably make tons of ap as ill be walking in the morning and cleaning. then going into town with my mam and then im out so ill be dancing all night so not too worried about the chocolate today xx
