good some good news today my friend had a baby boy at 5.55am this morning so i felt instantly happy about that x
 
ah honestly today people have just pushed me to the edge, just the way some people speak to me is disgusting, iv felt totally alone lately and needed a cry, iv just had one and now eating bourbons lol x

I resisted the mcdonalds tonight.

I had pea and ham soup 6pp was bloody lush and 2 slices of bread 4pp

then a curly wurly 3pp I think my mind is blank.

so craig went to work today and asked about my application and he said im defo getting an interview so he said hopefully she will ring monday. He said he was singing my praises so just need to pass the interview and i have it eeek i cannot wait. so im focusing on that and ill be happy again, i just feel lonely lately and feel like im getting on everyones nerves, i nearly broke down yesterday and nobody was there for me....totally depressing.

was supposed to start the shred tonight but had chinese instead so will deffo do it in the morning.

on the chinese front i had 4 bits of chicken....was battered
1/4 of a tin carton of rice (im not keen on rice so i half it and i had half of that)
1/2 tub of sweet and sour but was too sour for me to eat so prob ended up 1/4 of a tub
and half a portion of chips

Hi there, I'm not 100% certain but I'd say about 18pp? 2pp for each piece chicken; 3pp for 1/4 portion rice; 6-7 half portion chips? Not sure about the sauce!

Sounds to me like you are being a bit hard on yourself btw saying you 'ate like a pig today'! We are only human and even super skinny people have days when they eat a few extra calories!! Plus it's Friday :)
