urgh im up 3lb this morning after this weekend but I now need to focus and be as good as I can by Thursday x
 
soooo I didn't go to the interview. I totally stressed over it and decided it wasn't what I wanted and I may get stuck and not do what I want so im gonna do a home learning course.

diet wise I was walking around work today and spotted a couple of people eating fruit well I know they have been on a diet for ages yet they never seem to change. it all ov a sudden occurred to me that im becoming one of those who does a diet well then I fall off the wagon. so I have decided to go for this now once and for all and I mean it I only have myself to blame. today is a good day and I feel positive. I have no plans now I want to be skinny! !

B toast and cheese 3pp
L tuna mayo salad sarnie 5pp
D Gammon steak, new pots roasted in actifry 1 poached egg and either salad or veg

snacks

banana
2x oranges

ww orange and choc biscuit
crisps 2pp

and im having zero choc after my dinner maybe just a cup of tea.

That's great. Good on you for changing when you're not happy. I like my job but don't wana do it for nxt 35 years! But havnt a clue where I wana go.... So it's great youre on the right track. :)

I totally agree. I always find something else to focus on tho. I'm not miserable at work by any means but I don't wana wake up and realise I'm too old or have no chance to change careers....

ah iv just let it all out. I just seemed to of been on this diet fir ages and not lost any weight. just before xmas I was low down and was feeling great. It's nearly the middle of March and im just stuck. im good with food etc its frigging chocolate arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh xx

Sorry hon. I know it's easy to get pissed off. Especially when we get stuck. My weight loss is pathetic if I calculate over the last 12/18 months! Maybe make small realistic goals that may get u kick started... xx
