iv been having 30 a day or sometimes more or less I have 24 weeklies still to use up by thur I feel good x
 
argh im in so much pain with my mouth im full of ulcers :(

so food for today. ....what I can eat. its a disaster!
I got porridge with granola and choc bits from asda and opened it today and it had raisins In I hate raisins! so didn't eat it

iv had some crisps 2pp

chicken salad for lunch but I forgot to put mayo on so it's dry and its killing to eat.

I have a ww popcorn bar and some fruit for this afternoon.

im gonna make chili for tea and have a garlic bread with it to bump my points. ill take a pic of course.

day 1 of the squat challenge done! ! come on Pert bum

iv just learned every bone in your body! ! im impressed.

I think were eventually gonna own a gym so im go on the pt course and get back on it im so excited........ ( I can have a dream and make it true)

I think I just feel lost in myself and iv always been into exercise and this is the first time in ages I haven't done any so I can now have something to look forward too x
 
Ooh how exciting that would be to own your own gym! I do enjoy exercise once I get into a routine, it's just motivating myself to start!

23lb in 14 wk's is doable hun! well done for resisting the goodies, I love choc orange! Yummy!! I'm out at bingo at the min, not having much luck tho! had a couple of lagers n some pasta n garlic bread. Not pointed properly today but back on track tomorrow. :) xx

good morning/afternoon its weigh day eeeek

B porridge couldn't eat it all I wouldn't even say half so 5pp

L mackerel salad with coleslaw and cracker breads 11pp very pointed but I have to go until 7ish for tea.

tea will be either meatballs or kiev ill see later

day 3 of the squats and I now have a pedometer and I haven't even made any points yet pfft x x
