Haha I know. My consultant just laughed at me then said 'well at least you tracked everything!' lol. I had everything you can thing of! And lots of it. Buffet, mc Donalds, burger king, chocolate, cake. Etc etc :p

1lb gain this week. Had food poisoning last week... Yuk... So ate this week to make up for it!! The bad weather makes me eat too... Hoping for 2-3lb off next were : )
 
I need to eat clean all week after the weekend I had lol. (need to try everything and anything to not gain at least 3lbs) Thanks for the link it was a good read. I know what I'll be avoiding lol xxx

We are the same height and have similar goals! Hope you are doing ok? x

Going ok. Have had to use my activity pp this week though. And my leader has told me and my friends not to. Dont know why lol. I gained 2.5lb last week so if I've lost 2lb I'll be happy. Oooh I really hope you get that last 1/2 off!!
 
Keeping my fingers crossed for you Chelley! I hope that I lose something this week...STS isn't good enough for me!

Just realised my last message sounded a bit wrong! I wasn't being funny what I was meaning to say was as I'm going on holiday in just under 11 weeks I can't afford to STS!!

I've had a bad migraine this week so have only done 1 exercise session so far! Been drinking lots of water for the last few days to try and flush the pain away but no such luck! Just going to bed now (at 8:45pm...sleepy) and tomorrow is a new (hopefully headache free) day!

Fruit, salad and lots of water for me....oh the joys! ;-)

I know. She said that we shouldn't use them. Im using them when I need to though. Do you use yours??

Yeah I use them, I also use all my weeklies, the if I hit a wall and stop losing I was going to start reducing how many I use?! Iv lost on average 2lb a week doing it this way but the last few have been hard lol xxx

Yes I read the article on here no sodium for me tomoro! Water n salad n maybe the odd prawn ;) fun of weight watchers eh?!xxx

Oh ye see where your coming from. It's a good idea. Think I'll try it out from now on. Can't complain about a few extra pp! Itll help with the weak moments lol.

Aw really that's good we can keep each other motivated :D I'm doing ok and a very bad weekend after WI so I've been really good since Monday. Damage limitation lol. I'll keep my fingers crossed tomorrow.
