Well done everyone been reading all your great losses this week! 5.5lb off despite my slip up earlier in the week not as much as I hoped for second weigh in but that's 16.5lb in first two weeks not to bad to look at it that way x
Hi, just got back from being weighed and only lost 3 1/2lb not unexpected though coz I had a blip on Thursday, but back on track now. A loss is still a loss.
Everyone's doing so well! This is my second week and had a few days mid week which I found hard but kept to it 100%! Just been weighed and found I've lost another 6lb which I'm delighted about. Would love to hear how everyone else does this week xxx
