I haven't started weighing myself regularly yet but as I weighed today I may as well stick with every saturday.
Today I am 22st 11lbs, that is 11lbs down in the last 5-ish weeks of just making small changes (a little walking, less biscuits), I am now starting properly and hoping to lose 4lbs this week.
