Week 6 for me 2.5lbs off and 11lb in total I knew ww worked but I'm still amazedx
Not sure if anyone uses this thread still but I weigh in on Saturday's too for the same reason as others have said, if I overindulge slightly on a Saturday, I have all week to get sorted!
I switched straight from SW which I started in March.
Week 1 with WW - Simple Start - lost 4lb
Week 2 - Propoints - STS (TOTM)
Hopefully this Saturday it will be a loss!!
