Sausages from the market syns?

I bought some sausages from a market stall, could someone be so kind to run them through the syn value calculator for me please

I bought Cajun, chilli & coriander, & pork & leek.

Here is a leaflet I got from them with all the info

Using pork as a free food in the syns calculator pork and leek are 2 syns for the whole pack , and the other two are free ,not sure if that right so maybe someone else could double check , iv checked the nutritional info on my morrisons low fat ones which are 1syn each and yours are a lot lower so could be right , hope that helps

I love these slimmers sausages, I get the chicken ones all the time,

I also like the pork sage and red onion, they don't let out any fat when you cook them or anything and they are packed with proper meat too

Thank you so much for looking. Someone on the Facebook page told me the Cajun was free. I might just syn them 1 syn each just to be on the safe side

They didn't have any chicken or I would have got some. Do you go to your local market or buy off line?

My local market, I love going to the market as the stall holders cook up some samples for you to taste before hand just incase you don't like them, ( I'm really funny with sausages. ) but iv never had a bad one, my husband loved their Spanish ones, and the black pudding but I stick to chicken and pork, safe and red onion haha x

Yeah they had samples which my boyfriend tried and I got them from my local market which I can't get to every week so might order more from the website

You get yours from?

Mine often has an offer of 3lb of sausages for £10 we got about 20 sausages might sound expensive but they are yummy and less fat x

I live in Selby so they come every Monday. We bought the 3lb for £10, thought they were a bargain! But unfortunately they don't do the offer on the website.

I'm in cottingham so it's probably the same guys that do our market on a Thursday,

And yeah I'd pay any price for their sausages as they are really nice, always really full of flavour x
