That's ok Ali, I find it also helps to set yourself mini goals on your journey. Don't go in to it and keep thinking of 7 stone to lose, break that 7 up into smaller targets, I find it helps keep me on track good luck on your weight loss journey, I used to be 27 stone and am currently around 18 stone, still have 2 or 3 to go and if I can do it - anyone can, you'll do great!
