I never thought about counting milk (aside from cereal!!!) until you said... Maybe I should be tallying up 1pp per cup or 5 a day for milk or something - eeeek!

Didn't know quavers were 2pp... Taste much better than the ww cheese puffs I have for my dinner so u will bear that in mind!!

Thank you my lovely. I weigh throughout the week which I know I shouldn't and it said that I had out on. I have no idea how though as I stick to the plan100%. Oh we'll hopefully get a nice loss next week as long as your losing that's all that matters.
You're supposed to use 3pp worth of milk which would be half a pint of skimmed milk. I use the 1% orange cap milk but point it as the same not that I use half a pint but there you go.
I try not to deprive myself with food I just try and find a healthier alternative. For example I've switched to weight watchers cheese and bread. And I don't eat crisps that are more than 2 pp. I used to be terrible for eating crisps maybe even 4 packets a day. Now I have 2maximum and always 2pp lol
I love quavers. And skips. And hoops and crosses they are what keeps me going lol.
I love earning activity points. I Never eat them but I love seeing how many I've gained over the course of the day.
I've earnt nearly 9 today will get to 10 by the end of the day x
