I'm completely new - joined slimming world last year, had to leave but now I'm back hoping to make a big change!

Can I just ask, the Scan Bran.. is it a purely slimming world product or can you pick it up elsewhere? ... I've joined online this time, so unfortunately I don't have the support of the group to ask questions

Just make sure you up your water intake when using them

I wonder if I could make the ferror roche ones with the new cadbury phili. Reduce the syns even more. I'll have to try it and report my findings
