If you would like some recipes for using Scan Bran to make cakes and puddings, I could get them and post them next time I go to my SW group (after half-term). I don't like eating them as a crispbread but one of our group made a banana cake with them and it was very tasty and low in syns.
BTW have you tried Finn Crisp
crispbreads? I loved rye bread before I started my SW slimming campaign so I gave it up and have the occasional Finn Crisp which is a rye crispbread.
I'm on the Extra Easy diet plan and am finding it VERY easy and satisfying.
