I'm in so much pain with my back, serious owwwwss! Heat patches, back exercises, gentle walking and difene n still in pain coffee n flapjack to cheer me up!
I feel your pain I was off work last August for 13 weeks was in so much pain with it tried reflexology and everything but through time it eased. Hope yours does as well
I'm popping the difene and trying to walk a bit to ease it, hot water bottle also a genius invention! It's happened before n it'll happen again, time is only thing that works!
Sorry suffered with the same problem some years ago. I used an electric heat pad (from Argos) apparently the heat makes the blood stimulate and flow more easily. I also went for private physio which really helped me. Glad you are staying so cheerful.
