Breakfast: frozen raspberries, banana & ff yoghurt
Snack: banana & 1 tangerine
Lunch: ham salad & fruit salad
Snack: 1 tangerine
Dinner: Bacon cheeseburger (HEA) in wm roll (HEB)with salad & cauli mash
