Your shoulders and arms will get stronger swinging that bell, so will be really interesting to see if you can do a push up at the end of 6 weeks
I can do push ups now, but was exactly the same when i started doing them from my knees, not able to move down more than an inch before falling flat on my face lol
You can practice the move by being on your hands with your knees in line with your hips - like a table and do the push ups from there its so much easier, this will help with technique and give your arms and shoulders a bit more of workout, moving your knees back makes it harder and engages the core which is what we want from a push up. having your feet wide can also help with stability, but honestly dont worry about it, one day you will give it a go and you will do it

Claire totally know about that having to force yourself to do it some days, but glad you did it - that start of definition in your abs will definatley motivate you to keep going - fab result in a couple of weeks Isnt it funny how we all love/hate different moves
