Hi Sweet you need to listen to your body, whats next res or core? I would suggest give it a go, but if it twinges stop, or modify the exercise, core may be difficult due to rowers etc and the way you will be sitting - but it may be fine - just dont force it, you may be better of just doing some light freestyle if its playing up
