Just managed to get on the computer to see these pictures, (have been using my phoen before) and you look brilliant! Genuinely can see a massive difference. Hope I get the same results!
Wish I'd done some before photos now :p

Donzy I admit to being a serial weigher myself :)

Well just got back from kb class - cos we had done so well he gave us another set to do omg lol, I didnt go last week so it was a toughy, I know some of the exercises are toning, so its not all cardio but I was still puffing when I got home :)
I wore my HRM - havent used it for about a year according to the data on it ooops well, as I cant see close up without my glasses I think I paused it on rest sets, apparently I worked out for 46 mins, burnt 443 cals, average heart rate was 89%, my maximum heart rate was 102% eek does that mean I was about to keel over lol
 
OMG I've just spent a good 30 minutes reading through for a catch up!!! Its great to see how well everyone is getting on. I have redone week 1 cardio with my 7.5kg today & I honestly think week 1 cardio is the worst cardio of all!!! I managed to stick with the 7.5 for everything except the boxing where I had to drop to the 5. I did try the 7.5 but was really struggling to keep good form doing it. I have also managed to hurt my tailbone :eek: Not doing kettleworx but lifting some rubbish that I dropped when taking it out to the bin. It wasnt heavy but it must have been the way I bent to get it. I noticed it really twinging when doing the lunges so had to stop them but was mostly ok with the rest. Kron?? any advice?? do I need to rest it or am I ok to carry on with caution thursday???? :)
 
Hi Sweet :) you need to listen to your body, whats next res or core? I would suggest give it a go, but if it twinges stop, or modify the exercise, core may be difficult due to rowers etc and the way you will be sitting - but it may be fine - just dont force it, you may be better of just doing some light freestyle if its playing up
Your doing great with your 7.5,
 
I have ibs c which is constipation and diarrhoea although obviously not at the same time! It can knock me for six so I know your pain, glad you've 'been'!

Got a call from tesco earlier to say my kettlenetics is there and ready for collection :) it was a day early and I was so tempted to run straight out but wanted to get the full benefit of body combat this evening. I'll definitely be trying it out tomorrow

I would suggest give it a go, but if it twinges stop, or modify the exercise, core may be difficult due to rowers etc and the way you will be sitting - but it may be fine - just dont force it, you may be better of just doing some light freestyle if its playing up

Resistance next which I'm looking forward too (well anything is better than cardio :eek:) It only seems to twinge when I'm doing lunges so I'll give it a go & see. hopefully it wont be too bad. Will update tomorrow with total inch loss from 1st time round :D

I remember struggling with the 3kg when I started. Its amazing how quickly your strength improves :)
