Not available in region 2 as far as I can see. If you have a multi region player though...? The reviews are pretty shocking though

Lol mr Cheesey scares me enough! Does anyone think hes being mean after the cool down, as he always says "congratulations on JUST completing a kettleworxs workout" I always think ok I was puffing a bit a I didn't just finish it :) lol
 
I see there is a kettlebell workout DVD from Gillan michaels!! Looks painful

Just had a look at this, the lunges look painful, I HATE lunges LOL The exercise in the middle is on Resistance 4 so that's something to look forward to ;)

Must say I LOVED R4 - some great new moves! You class sounds like a good workout Kron, might look into KB classes myself! I live in tenement flats so no lifts, I have to climb 64 stairs( bit of a nuisance when you get to the car and realise you have forgotten your purse lol)
 
Personally I would go for Lauren Brookes over Jillian Michaels if your looking for a kb workout DVD Both available on amazon :)

I think the negative reviews may be down to the fact that some people just don't get KBS! They think cos they are not jumping about they are not getting a good workout but we all know different!! Or maybe it's just c*$p LOL

Her dvd is on my wishlist for when I finish kettleworx round 2!!! I love watching her you tube clips. The strength she has is amazing & her form always seems soo perfect :jelous:
 
Donzy your just puffing at the end, I was too busy laying on the floor in a sweaty breathless mess to even hear him lol

I find lunges one of my worst, balance can be off sometimes, and they hurt my thighs lol
I have new found respect for my ground floor entrance, I am always forgetting things ;)

Haha lol ment to tell you! I tried to do push up the other day I pushed up ok, then went to lower and my arms shook a bit and then collapsed landed on my face!!!! :)
 
Hi guys, does anyone know where I could buy just the fast abs and fast fat burn, by themselves. When I bought the DVDs I only bought the three set, ie core cardio and resistance, now I wish I bought them all!! Lol

Morning Rissole - I did the same as you and now wish I had them as well. The only place I've seen them to buy individually so far is off the Kettleworx site. If I remember they were £9.99 each though. Not sure about P&P but it is the UK site so hopefully not too much.

I thought it was a bit steep though so keeping my eyes peeled on ebay. I might ask for them as an early Christmas pressie. :)

I've done the fast abs bonus DVD and it's only 3 workout at 10 Mins each so £10 is kinda pricey! Hope you get them on eBay!

Morning my belle swingers, Yea that is pricey, they don't even have many diff exercises and I haven't done on yet that isn't in the main workouts, I'm thinking of putting the advanced DVDs on Xmas list.

Well mr cheesy must have known I had pizza last night coz he punished me this morning wk 2 resistance! Omg!!!! At least wk 2 out the way, I can def tell a diff, doubt it'll b visable in a photo yet though x
 
For 3 workouts I think I might give it a miss. Can always do those practice ones from Kron in between, although at the moment I'm happy just sticking to my 3 set workouts.

Talking of which, Wk2 Core done. Good job!! And I managed all 3 planks - albeit the last one I was starting to see stars!:faint2:

Bring on Wk2 Resistance on Thursday. Back to work this week so it won't be until the evening. Must remember to scoff a banana about 4.30pm to keep some energy in the tanks!

I'm lucky I only work Weds to Fri, so have planned my days so I only do Resistance on a Thursday after work. I'm going to have to do it as soon as I get in cause there's no way I could try it after I've had my tea. Plus once I sit down for Eastenders there's no shifting me!

I'm preparing to be shot down but I absolutely LOVED week 2 cardio this time. I didnt like it first time round but this time I thought it was awesome. Granted I'm a sweaty wreck now but my whole body feels like its really worked out (first time it felt more like it had been run over by a dozen buses!!! :eek:) & I like that feeling. Plus the muscles in my core has that lovely tight feeling from yesterdays workout!!! I would love to say that maybe cardio will become a favourite but I'll not push it that far just yet!!!! :eek:

Thats me on the workout front now until thursday where I'll go for a run & then I'll finish week 2 round 2 with resistance on friday. I have a family wedding tomorrow (exactly 1 year since I started slimming world :eek:) which I'm really excited about. I might even post some pics :eek:

How are all you lovely swingers getting on today???

Hi Sweet - hope you have a wonderful time at the wedding. And what better way to reflect on your year of success. Lost over a third of your starting weight and lost lots of inches with your bells as well.

What a fabulous achievement. You should be massively proud of yourself :happy096:.

If Ryan was here he would be giving you a massive pat on the back. Good job!!:D
