My normal weigh in would be the 1st...but for the challenge I will jump on the scale on the 30th to submit for end of Sept..... :)

Don't be disappointed...your doing well...STS is not a gain..remain positive carry on being 100%
 
Forgot to update at my wi last Friday, was down 1lb. Had a bad week so far so doubt I will see a loss at tomorrow's wi but I'm staying motivated!
