Day 4 - Sunday

2 riveta + 2 cheese triangles + peppers
Chicken and egg salad + 2 ww bread
toast + 2 ham, cheese spread and tomatos
crisps + aeor + mallow wafer

Day 5 - Monday

2 riveta + tomato + cheese triangle
crisps
butternut squash and parsnip soup + 2 ww bread + cheese triangle
banana
apple
1 wrap with turkey, cheese, mange tout, peppers and mayo
drinking chocolate
strawberries + rasberries with cream

Not too bad :)
Am gona give out but its only coz I care... You need to eat more.. Your weeklies are optional, you can take them or leave them.. But you must eat all your dailies..
But I must say yer days looks yum :)

LOL give out all you want!!! Was trying to eat them all but finding it hard to balance it out and i don't want to eat rubbish just to use the points. Will try harder ;) lol

Try and plan your day the night before hun. I find that sometimes helps xx

Day 6 - Tuesday

2 Riveta + cheese triangle
crisps
Mallow wafer
carrots
2 jaffa cakes
chicken fillet, 1 potatoe, noodles + carrot and parsnip mash
small piece of filo pastry with cream
hotchocolate

Used up all my points but had to eat a bigger dinner as the day was a bit hectic, so breakfast and lunch became brunch instead!
Have yet to have my hot chocolate so looking forward to that :)

I kno exactly what h mean. I'm the very same when I'm being 100% I find I'm filling up on extra fruit n veg n they're free so find it hard to meet my allowance.

Chicken and avocado with lettuce and beetroot (didn't realise how high the pp were for avocado!!!)

Chow mein - made the sauce myself
noodles
pork
mangetout
baby corn
mushrooms
onion
courgette
green peppers

27/29 - might have myself a sneaky hot chocolate with a bowl of strawberries :)

Didn't have much fruit so going to try more tomorrow :)

Yea they're quite hi but good fats so it's all good.

Thanks so much hun, i'm very nervous! Being realistic about it i'd say i'd be doing well to get 2 off but sure anything off is good. Saturday really messed up the master plan ;) lol

Good luck hun.. And if the scales aren't too nice don't worry about it.. You had a nice off Saturday and sometimes that halts things a little.. But i'm sure you'll get a good loss.. You've been good everyday barr that so...
