I read this article on what prospective employers look at when you first come in and nails are one of them so i have them clipped, buffed and polished in a non-offensice pale colour.
Positive thinking!!!!!!! A bit unrealistic to think i'll get it but here's hoping

Ah i got on alright, was stumped by one of the questions. Definitely the hardest interview i've done! The priest was on the panel and was kind of obrupt and no smiles what so ever! Sure the experience was great but who am i kidding - i'd love to get it!!! But sure we'll see.....

No they didn't say but with the rush over, i'm wrecked now so would happily just wait it out. I've the suits thrown off, the comfy bottoms on and i'm going to light the fire now and watch rubbish on the tv with Luke
Bliss Speaking of the suit - the jacket wouldn't button a few weeks ago and fit like a glove tonight YAY

So today's challenge is a 20km cycle!!! I'm sure it'll be ok just the hills of kerry are pretty hilly
It's for charity so i'll suck it up and get on my bike!I was surprised last night with a gorgeous celebratory night out with my boys! We have a gorgeous meal and really loved being spoilt.
Menu :
Prawns in garlic butter (took them out of the butter!)
Pasta with blue cheese, cherry tomatoes and spinach (didn't even have 1/4 the pasta!)
Sorbet for desert
Not even sure how many points i ate but wasn't really full and enjoyed every bite while not feeling one bit guilty

Thanks girl - the cycle went great. Didn't find it too hard. I did it 2 years ago and nearly died a death so it was great to feel that my fitness has improved. Could have kept pedalling
I am determined to get another good loss this week, really want to hit the silver 7
