Oh yes Penny, it was great love. Loads of sunshine, too much between 11 and 3, we just sat inside in the shade. Most days the temperature was in the hight 20's rising to 31 - 32 C around midday. We spent most days on the beach but had a couple of trips up into the pyrenees mountains, lovely

ate way to much though, and nopt legal either, but that's to be expected on holiday isn't it.

Well I think that if you've been doing Atkins for such a long time and successfully then you'll be sure to get back to normal routine.
