Day 20
Still 100% so proud of myself for this.
Was so tired yesterday, didn't get up until late and then went back to bed in the afternoon and slept for another few hours. Don't know what happened to my energy, but I was wiped. Went to the cinema with friends last night, they all had drinks from the bar I had a bottle of sparking water and refused all of there sweets they were passing around. Only problem was the toilet. I went twice before the film started, once during the film and was so desperate to go again I didn't dare tell the poor people at the end of the row to move again for me, I just sat til the end with my fingers crossed I didn't pee my pants!
Chillin as usual today, but must shift my bum and get on with things.
Had a lovely caramel shake so far, not sure what to have for mid afternoon. Was looking on the website and noticed that there is no option to buy red fruits shakes. Have they been discontinued? I love them, much nicer than the strawberry ones.
Have not had any cheeky weigh ins this week, cos when I do I just get all stressed out about them, but did measure my waist when I got up and it is 1.5 inches less than what it was last Saturday when I weighed in. So even if I do not lose much this week, I know I am still losing inches. Will just have to wait until saturday and see what happens.
Just to keep me going I have bought a pair of jeans in a size 16. I am in some 18's at the moment but not across the board yet, so it will be a while before ty fit me, but I think its good to have something to aim for.
