Shakes and low calorie meals

Have you looked at the Cambridge Diet at all? It's a VLCD and you can do SS+ which is where you have 3 products a day and then a small protien meal (I would say with veg but 80g really doesn't buy you much). I went with them rather than trying a VLCD on my own as the consultants have been very supportive. Or you could look at the Cambridge diet forums as there are a lot of people there as it seems a bit more active than this forum and they are basically doing what you were asking about above.

Or even just seeing what people there suggest for their one meal a day.....
 
Hi all, sorry I havent posted for a while, I fell off the wagon. Im back now, I just needed to get my head in the right place.

Diary for today:

Shake (200)
Snack of mini duck parcels (100)
Snack of pea soup (100)
Shake (200)
Snack of chicken (100)
Dinner of salmon fillet and veg (600)

Total 1300 calories

How are you all getting on?

Yeah I am getting on good still jumping on the scales everyday they still haven't budged since Saturday - Grrrrrrrr

Still coping with herbalife in fact I am really enjoying it!

Switched to havin my main meal for lunch & a shake with 2 boiled eggs for dinner to see if that helps with the weightloss.
