Thanks Jayne ! Yeh, I'm drinking around 2.5ltrs a day, plus I have a coffee in the morning and I usually use 300mls for my shakes. I'm not a leaf tea fan, but I'll give them a go. I'm not getting headaches, so it makes me think I'm drinking enough. But I think its because its week two and this lifestyle is starting to feel very real. I've completely cut out socialising at the moment, which helps me focus! And its good timing because all my friends are away on holiday at the moment. But I was just interested to know, especially from those that have done this kind of diet before, such as yourself, if it becomes easier as time passes. Not that I'm suffering too much, just interested really.
I'm going home to South Africa to surprise my parents and siblings for xmas this year. We've not shared a xmas for 10 years (I always go in feb because its cheaper). The excitement and emotion I feel at the thought of walking into my aunts house on xmas day whilst my entire family are about to sit down for xmas lunch, overwhelms me and that is my number 1 goal here. My family have seen me grow and grow over the years, and I want to go home and show them the me that I feel I am inside, on the outside. And I cant wait.
And having a baby sometime in the near future too... I want to be happy and healthy for that. These are the things I think of when I'm feeling low or like I need a food fix.
